New Expressions Bring Old Digressions

Hi, this is your good friend Jason Betrue, you may or may not remember me from a few weeks ago when I acted as interim host of this network while Jamie Flam went off to northerly states and countries to "find himelf."

Well, interestingly enough, I now find myself in Oakland, CA, preparing for The New Expression, and Jamie finds himself without access to LUBO from his workplace...a workplace that is surprisingly Vancouveresque, as I'm sure you'll agree.

So, folks, we are just plain-ass busy. Many of you out there might think that we have a staff of hundreds, coming up with new and fresh ideas and running them by our CEO who then consults with our writing staff while our Marketing department makes back-room deals with ISP's and various tech-savvy industry professionals to get our name out there. But, the cold, hard reality is that while we have several brilliant contributors, the core administrative staff is, like, four dudes and a bag of sunflower seeds...on a good day.

So, the point of all of this is that we are stretched thin at the moment. (Please insert obvious self-depricating joke about me being not stretched thin enough HERE.)

But do you know what's not stretched thin? The mountains of terrific content we have been accumulating over the last year or so. So, now I'd like to share with you some of my favorite lubo gems from yester-month. Thanks, take care, and hopefully I'll see you this weekend!

Back In Olden Times...

A feature was a FEATURE! If you know what I mean. Which you don't. So disregard that. Times are still slow, but it's all good, as all LUBO energy is being projected towards the big New Expression show which is THIS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY!!!! It's going to be so damn super-fresh it's ridiculous. In the meantime, I thought I would take you all back to the old school LUBO. Back when the site was as yellow as the piss in our pants when we peed laughing at the hysterical features we offered our still small viewing public. We were taking a lot of Vitamin C back then. That's why our pee was so yellow. It colors it, you see. So take a moment to read or re-read these fun guys from LUBO past, then take another gander at The New Expression Home Page:
